I am a second generation hands-on builder. Bill Taylor Construction, Inc. has been building quality custom homes since 1986. I am a member and a Registered Builder of the Home Builders Association of Southern Indiana and the National Homes Builders Association. Additionally, I am a member of The Better Business Bureau, Inc. Bill Taylor Construction, Inc. is also a member of The Residential Warranty Corporation, and all new homes built are protected with a 10 year transferable RWC Structural Warranty.

In the construction of my new homes and in remodeling existing homes, I am always very price conscientious. However, superior quality is of the utmost importance to me. For this reason I do not “shop” around town for subcontractors to obtain the cheapest bids. Bill Taylor Construction, Inc. has contracted services from the same subcontractors for many years, they have a proven track record and they believe in the same building principles as I do... quality must be superior, pricing competitive, and workmanship must be good enough to put your name on the line each and every time.
